Pros
Health insurance used to be amazing. With the new CEO, things have gone downhill. The culture is great, if you are part of a group. There are fundraisers for the community, pot lucks, and bake sales constantly. The break rooms are full of coffee and vending machines offering anything you can imagine.
Cons
They are constantly restructuring the company. They expect people to do the jobs of 3 people. Some of the higher level management is completely clueless. Others are brilliant. You have to hope that you get a good one, or your work life could be awful. There is a lot of favoritism within the company. They promote meritocracy, but employees never see it.
