Underpaid compares to market, Associates get paid $35K more per year but do the same amount of work/same difficulty of work. Too much focus on diversity, people do not get promoted for the right reasons. NY teams look down on you, management is hit or miss. Retention is terrible, so much that you have to work excessive hours to make up for lack of staff.
