      Great work place. Fantastic people. Good benefits and wages. Work-life balance. Trendy technologies. Very limited outsoursing outside the country.

      Cons

      It's complicated to move to a different project within the company. Company prefers to hire external people rather than promote existing employees.

      Pretty decent benefits , but your exp is based on your team, and the lunch is pretty good

      workload is pretty intense and with ai expect development to be rapid.

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
