      Brand name which is well-known world-wide. There are some very talented people working at Citigroup.

      Cons

      The company is huge with over 300,000 employees. There are too many layers of management and the decision making process is very slow.

      Great benefits (PTO, healthcare, etc.) for FTEs

      Cons

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
