We totally agree with you that our employees below the management level are awesome – they consistently earn “exceptional” ratings from our customers for their project performance and results. We are not aware of any “good old boy” clubs or clicks here though. Since our CEO’s return in 2013, she has made it her daily mission to reinforce our values and quash all seemingly questionable behaviors – anything that diverts attention from customer and employee needs. We proudly boast of a very stable and highly capable team of diligent and considerate managers at all levels, and reward servant leadership behaviors across the board. Our stability is evidenced in recent months by the lowest turnover in the company’s history.
It’s not clear whether you still work at Citizant, but if you are still an employee, we strongly encourage you to reach out to your supervisor or our CEO directly, share your concerns, and help create the better future you so clearly want. We are too small for politics and bureaucracy… everyone here gets the attention of our CEO with a simple email or text!
