Pros
Citizant is a company that cares for it’s employees. Over the past few year’s the country has seen it’s share of disasters (i.e., hurricanes, blizzards, etc). Citizant has been there for their employees. Providing assistance as needed. Sometime monetarily, other times by providing PTO coverage so as to allow employees to receive full paychecks. I have been with Citizant of over six years and can truly say that this organization is the best one I have ever worked for.
Cons
As with any government contracting company there is never a guarantee of work, but Citizant does it’s best to keep their employees covered even when between contracts and/or the occasional government shutdown.
