Pros
Citizant's size makes it a great place to grow and learn. Company officers truly care about each employee and it shows everyday. Employees a hand picked, every single one has incredible talent and provides real meaning to the company's purpose. Support services are fantastic when compared to other companies with twice the manpower. Departments such as HR or Recruiting do so much so well, you'd think they were 8x the size.
Cons
As with many government contractors recently, projects have been dropped and have hit contractors hard. Larger companies can insulate ripple effects from losses, however Citizant's size causes turbulence to be felt across the entire company.
