Pros
With the RIGHT supervisor, lots can be learned about the overall contracting processes (proposals, bidding, etc.), business development, and similar details. The company is pretty good with paying for training and certs. The new CEO, Alba is great (super enthusiastic but still great) and has the best intentions. She's somewhat clueless about the inner-workings of contracts but she's serving as a PM so hopefully she'll get back in touch and out of that "CEO" mindset. It's a shame because most everyone enjoys her ideas but she's kinda made fun of behind closed doors. Offers flexible work schedules.
Cons
LOTS of cliques, comparable to high school cliques. If you're in, you're safe but if you're not, don't expect job security. Upper management is the primary promoter of such cliques. Nobody is loyal to the company or CEO, they're loyal to individuals.
