      Pros

      IT Support staff that kept the company network running were excellent.

      Cons

      No career growth. Zero leadership. Owners of the company are divorced and both behaved poorly and allowed under performing executives to collect a paycheck without producing. This company gives VP titles to individuals that spend all day trying to win new contracts but these individuals have no direct reports. Often the contract bids are so low they can't afford to staff them properly. There is also a extremely poor work life balance as a result of having to make up for understaffed contracts.

      Good opportunities for growth and expanded responsibility. Employees who are motivated and adaptable can gain valuable experience across a variety of programs and operational areas. Advancement opportunities are available for strong performers.

      Cons

      Work-life balance can become challenging during busy proposal and capture periods. Tight deadlines and changing priorities may require extended hours and increased availability. Leadership does recognize employee contributions, but the pace during surge periods can be difficult to sustain long term.
