Pros
As a working mother of four children, I cannot praise Citizant Inc. enough for their dedication to work-life balance and the family-friendly environment they have cultivated. In a world where juggling professional responsibilities and family life can be challenging, Citizant stands out as a company that truly values its employees and their well-being. From the moment I joined Citizant, I felt supported by the company's policies and initiatives that prioritize a healthy work-life balance. The flexible working hours allow me to manage my time efficiently, making it possible for me to attend my children's school events, appointments, and other family obligations without feeling overwhelmed. Remote work options have also been a game-changer, as I can work from home when needed, making it easier to manage my family life. The Leadership team at Citizant is empathetic and understanding, which has been invaluable when unforeseen family situations arise. They always encourage open communication and are willing to accommodate employees' needs, ensuring that we can maintain a high level of professional performance without sacrificing the quality of our personal lives. One of the most remarkable aspects of Citizant is the strong sense of community within the company. Employees are encouraged to share their experiences and build connections, creating a supportive and inclusive environment. This has allowed me to forge meaningful relationships with my colleagues, who often share similar family responsibilities and can offer advice, support, and understanding. Citizant has not only been an excellent place for my professional development but has also positively impacted my family life. The company's commitment to work-life balance has allowed me to maintain a fulfilling career while being a devoted mother to my four children. I am genuinely grateful for the opportunity to work for such an exceptional company that values the well-being of its employees and their families.
Cons
I've always compared Citizant to a family. Currently it’s a small family and it is trying to grow, so when an opportunity arises, you go for it, and EVERYONE pitches in. While some may see this as a con, I really can’t say that I do.
