      My interview process was amazing and the process is a little lengthy. My recruiter was PHENOMENAL!!!The culture and the people. Everyone cares about each other. This occurs top to bottom. There is a chance for growth professionally and personally.

      Pros

      Good opportunities for growth and expanded responsibility. Employees who are motivated and adaptable can gain valuable experience across a variety of programs and operational areas. Advancement opportunities are available for strong performers.

      Cons

      Work-life balance can become challenging during busy proposal and capture periods. Tight deadlines and changing priorities may require extended hours and increased availability. Leadership does recognize employee contributions, but the pace during surge periods can be difficult to sustain long term.
