Pros

There is nothing good to say about this company other than I got a discount at my gym.

Cons

Where do I begin...it's all bait and switch here. They fill your head with how wonderful the company is and how much money you will make. It's all lies! You make next to nothing for hourly and on top of that your bonus is a joke! You can work your bum off, make all your goals and management still sees you as failing. Lots of high school drama in this company if you are not kissing butt 24/7 you are walked on, yelled at and shunned. If you go to management about an issue which is suppose to be private everyone hears about it...there is no such thing as confidentiality. They do not care about you period! You are just another body to cover hours. Everything is a script. How to greet a person how you do their transactions even how you say goodbye. Follow it to a T or you get yelled at like you are a kindergartener. Oh and don't be too nice to people cuz you will get yelled at for that too. Might as well hire a brainless robot to do the job cuz that's what you will end up as. I could go on for days about how to avoid this place for a job but i am done with wasting energy on them. Just thought I could warn a few unfortunate souls from dying.

Pros

The pros are the benefits, the pay could be higher for all that you learn and have to go through for ten weeks. They offer tuition assistance and opportunity for upskilling and advancing in such little time and the remote flexibility is great too

Cons

Management sucks and of course they have their favorites and then they have the people they target like myself. They micromanage bad and are quick to give you an occurrence for nothing. Their systems are so slow and then they blame you for being five ten minutes late logging in. They want you to tell them when you get up to breathe, go to the bathroom and they push for you to take calls and know boatloads of info after on 3 weeks of training. What they don’t know is that I will sue for any wrong doings or discrimination and I keep records of everything
