Pros
Good flexibility to work from home or remotely. Strongly believe in recognition programs, almost to a fault. Friendly co-workers who want to do the right thing.
Cons
It's a company that has been largely dormant for years and is now trying to fix all the problems within an 18-month time frame and it's stressing out many employees. The culture is old school financial institution. A lot of managing up and taking direction from executives without question. There's a bit of "if you don't drink the Koolade you may not be part of the club" mentality. Many people have been there for awhile and often are not open to new suggestions.
