Pros
Opportunities for promotions and career growth; employee stock purchase program is a plus; coaching focuses on setting your own goals; training is excellent.
Cons
Management above the branches creates atmosphere of fear and distrust; branches are consistently short staffed; best employees ultimately leave for better jobs with friendlier banks; bonus structure changes constantly, often retroactively. Recently slashed 401k match to below competitors. Care more about upselling than service. Staffing issues prevent branch managers from doing their jobs. Hours are horrible, especially if you are salaried and short staffed (quite common).
