Pros

I have worked here for over 15 years, and I would say most of the pros are gone. Pay increases are minimal or nonexistent, many benefits we used to have are been taken away one by one, and vacation time was cut back this year. Many who already had additional vacation because they had earned it by meeting the requirements to do so, lost vacation time...it was not grandfathered ...

Cons

Several buildings have been closed and more people than should be are crammed into the remaining buildings, causing major parking problems, facilities issues and an all-around poor work environment. Employees spend more time putting out fires due to lack of planning and organization and a serious "silo" culture. Lots of lip service given to employee training and development. Yes, there are lots of courses one can take, but most managers do not have career planning discussions with their employees, create development plans with them and support employees in carrying out their plans for development.

Pros

The pros are the benefits, the pay could be higher for all that you learn and have to go through for ten weeks. They offer tuition assistance and opportunity for upskilling and advancing in such little time and the remote flexibility is great too

Cons

Management sucks and of course they have their favorites and then they have the people they target like myself. They micromanage bad and are quick to give you an occurrence for nothing. Their systems are so slow and then they blame you for being five ten minutes late logging in. They want you to tell them when you get up to breathe, go to the bathroom and they push for you to take calls and know boatloads of info after on 3 weeks of training. What they don’t know is that I will sue for any wrong doings or discrimination and I keep records of everything
