Management is disconnected from its front line staff, Micro Management and check list leadership is creating low morale and people scrambling to sell as many widgets to each customer to maybe hit incentive goal, Goals are unrealistic and payout is so low as it relates to the work performed. Hiring and recruiting process needs a complete retooling, be honest transparent and confident when describing the role and compensation.Technology is so old and lack of crm,systems are inefficient and help desk is an outsourced joke. The customers will continue to flee if something doesn't change,,the turnover is a signal,,pay attention and listen more and stop the emphasis on "Winning"
