Pros
You do get to leave early on Fridays during the summer and sometimes you get to wears jeans (you have to donate to wear the jeans which isn't that big of a deal) besides those two pros, I can't think of much more.
Cons
This was by far the worst company I've ever had the displeasure to work for. Essentially if you are not in tax or audit, you're literally treated so poorly. Being at the bottom is rough here. The admins who gave years to this firm will even tell you that it is a revolving door amongst the staff. Not only is your voice not heard, but when you do try to speak up you're chastised for it. Essentially, I did not fit the 1980s mold of this place and was openly harassed for it. Lastly, they do offer the ability to have perks, but then will let you know as a young employee you have to "earn" these perks. I was honestly afraid to leave my desk. I would take 15 minute lunches and eat as quickly as possible just so they wouldn't side eye me. Working at Citrin was honestly the worst decision of my entire life. I'm honestly unsure where the positive comments came from when majority of people there are quite miserable.
