Pros
The money is alright unless they put you alone at a place where a valet is not even needed.
Cons
weak management leads to reckless operation of cars. They dont schedual enough people for events which leads to people waiting long times to get their cars and leads to valet drivers being more reckless than they should be with clients cars. Managment is full of young college guys who only show up to shifts for a couple minutes to check in and they are useally high. I overheard over 6 different times where a driver damaged a clients car. the driver and the manager often talked about the accident but ingore that it ever happended because the driver would have to take 500$ out of their pay check if caught and management would have to do a little more work.
