There are a lot of bank holidays in the fall

Cons

Do not value the employees that do the majority of business operations and have the most customer contact. Will be paid the bare minimum despite advanced degrees. Understaffed so you will work Saturdays. Disrespectful department heads. Constant turnover.

Nice buildings to work in, lots of parties

Cons

Training is only provided to select individuals. Discriminatory nepotism is rampant. No one can make a decision and stick with it so work processes change daily at times; you’re always being “managed” for the mistakes you make (going by processes from last week).
