Pros

I like my immediate boss, but hate the commission structure, lack of leadership, it is not team environment especially on the mortgage side.

Cons

No training, they expect you to know everything before you come work for them. Not a good place for beginning LO's; again pay is performance, which I get, but if you don't come with a book of business very hard to succeed!

Nice buildings to work in, lots of parties

Cons

Training is only provided to select individuals. Discriminatory nepotism is rampant. No one can make a decision and stick with it so work processes change daily at times; you’re always being “managed” for the mistakes you make (going by processes from last week).
