IT Client Services Department Review - IT Administrator City Bank Employee Review

First, let me preface this by saying I RARELY write reviews, however, I felt the environment here to be so pensive, I felt the need to for potential employees. So, here are the cons: Horrible Pay for duties performed, Little to no training on bank IT infrastructure, VERY Cliquey, meaning if you are not willing to bend over, hang up moving up in this company. In the department I was in (IT Client Services), the manager spoke to the network administrator via Microsoft Lync negatively about fellow employees. He basically spoke behind my back, instead of confronting me with any issues. Also, the language used in this area was extremely un-professional to say the least. There was a complete lack of professionalism for the most part. My PC when I arrived was set up with issues. The same care was not rendered to setting me up with a work PC as it was others. Also, during my time there, we chose schedules ranging from 7:45-4:45 to 9-6. I specifically requested the earlier shift (Sent my email first) but because I was not a part of the "clique" the manager pretty much dis-regarded my e-mail and I got stuck working 9-6. In IT client services, unless you were a part of the "Prosperity Bank Personnel" that moved over to City Bank, avoid this department, you will be treated like trash instead of like an employee. It is very cliquey.
