Pros

Pretty good benefits even for part-time, matching 401k, gym reimbursement, other health benefits. Care about people and work life balance. I never worry about needing to leave if I have a family emergency.

Cons

Maybe i haven't been there long enough yet but there doesn't seem like much room for advancement because almost noone leaves. Wish there were more development and growth opportunities.

Nice buildings to work in, lots of parties

Cons

Training is only provided to select individuals. Discriminatory nepotism is rampant. No one can make a decision and stick with it so work processes change daily at times; you’re always being “managed” for the mistakes you make (going by processes from last week).
