Pros

The pay could be good.

Cons

Stay far away. This place is as toxic as it can get. Higher-ups do not care about you and will manipulate you like no other. I have never worked at a place where management talked so much behind employees' backs. No wonder the turnaround rate is so high.

Pretty home decor and furniture store.

Cons

Stay away. Toxic owner and management. This is the worst retail environment to work in; leadership is nano, not micro, nano - you will be pulled apart. Cameras are on to watched employees (a favorite pass time of the owner) and you will be critiqued on your behavior. Everything you do and say is monitored. There microphones are on the PCs, so all conversations are heard by management. It is incredibly difficult to do your job - selling, because of all the crazy making behavior.
