Decent pay without commissions, amazing pay if your route grows and added commissions.

Cons

Driver/employee safety an after thought, Olewein Iowa HQ has no idea what goes on in any other depots, no accountability from main office, local depots constantly putting out fires that HQ has no "time" for. Lose more accounts than are gained. Drivers are overworked and expected to do other jobs not specified in job description.

Nice facility and decent equipment

Bait and switch. You are told you work for a family and they care about you. That lasts a few weeks. It seems like if you make one mistake they just say fire you. Management is a good ol boys club and always blames someone else than themselves. Nothing is ever good enough. You can do 99% perfect and they will yell at you for the 1% that isn't. You will be asked to do more and more and get less and less support. Mismanaged and messy. No employee appreciation. Always overworked, overstressed and very underappreciated.
