There weren't any pros. My stress level was high and my pay was low.

Cons

No organization, structure or set policies. Everything was done by the seat of your pants. People were promoted based off how much the kissed up to the owner, not on skills, experience or performance. RUN!

Low pay They don’t tell you about PTO when hired, its hidden Communication with HR is email only they never answer the phone
