Security, retirement, benefits, growing community, good business climate, some work flexibility, vacation and sick leave policies are good (but may be changing), many good people work here.

Cons

Positive changes move slowly, not as progressive as I would prefer, wages on the low end of average for the area, too many employees still work here who would have lost their jobs in private industry.
