- Reputations from previous leadership and previous brand practices continue to plague the current organization - The GovTech market is small and employees tend to move to other vendor orgs - some very vocal employees who were let go take advantage of the closeness to clients and circulate misinformation - The industry is based on trust, and new processes/products take a while to matriculate

Remote, but expected to work 24/7

So incredibly dysfunctional. Not worth it
