- Invested heavily in new processes and strong tech and product resources to build on the positives from decades in govtech and remove weaknesses made by previous leadership
- Unmatched in Product and Operations management among govtech vendors (look into the current leadership team's credentials - pulling the best in the industry)
- Most advanced security posture - leadership considers costly certifications a responsibility not a requirement
Cons
- Reputations from previous leadership and previous brand practices continue to plague the current organization
- The GovTech market is small and employees tend to move to other vendor orgs - some very vocal employees who were let go take advantage of the closeness to clients and circulate misinformation
- The industry is based on trust, and new processes/products take a while to matriculate
