Pros

I love working for Clara Labs because it allows me to work a flexible full-time schedule from home while providing opportunities to learn and grow. Even though I'm not in-office, there's still a friendly, team atmosphere that makes me enjoy logging into work every day. Management is very responsive and takes the time to understand and address any concerns without making you feel bothersome. I have recommended multiple people to Clara Labs and will continue to do so in the future.

Cons

Since Clara Labs is continuously improving their system, there is a constant learning curve; however, it's nothing to worry about if you're a quick learner and adapt well to change.

Pros

Working remotely comes with many challenges. From finding a company to work with that pays and treats you well to the lack of reasonable pay. Clara affords the opportunity to be a part of a growing community and make a reasonable living while working from home. I've had the opportunity to be part of Clara's tremendous growth and continue to love what I do. The work is not for everyone and requires a great deal of attention to detail and ability to assess protocol quickly and accurately. It's perfect for someone who can't stand too much monotonous work. That said, Clara provides access to a community of experienced contractors, a knowledge base, and near real time help from support. The engineers have done an amazing job creating a platform that gives us every opportunity to succeed and create an amazing customer experience. Overall, I love working with Clara and hope to continue being part of their tremendous growth.

Cons

While the knowledge base is an ever-evolving, work in progress, it needs an overhaul. It can be confusing and hard to navigate. This is especially true for new contractors. The pay can vary depending on the complexity of each job. This can be frustrating when it feels you aren't being paid enough for how much time/effort was put in.
