      Pros

      I have been with Clarendale Clayton for a year now and it’s an amazing company. It’s starts with leadership and end ends with amazing residents. Joining this team has allowed me to be great and excel along with cross training for my future career. This truly is a best kept secret in the long-term care community.

      Cons

      We could use more PTO as we continue years of service with the company.

      You will meet all kinds of people from all over the world and get to hear some of their experiences. Supportive management. Staff is friendly, this includes the ones you may only meet in passing.

      Beautiful environment and management that cares about employees. Always able to enjoy the day and coworkers
