      Pay is good compared to most companies in the area. A lot of incentives outside the base pay. Quick elevation amongst the ranks.

      Cons

      Recent the change in management, in recent years, has dropped employee morale dramatically. Management has no empathy towards being human. There are extreme penalties to valid and important absences.
