Pros
Work culture, salary hikes, facilities (medical and residential) are excellent in nature. Great place to work. Management is very friendly too and provide great freedom.
Cons
Uncertainty in jobs. Anyone can be fired anytime. It is highly uncertain and also a lot of cost cutting is being done these days which has led to employee dissatisfaction.
