There is no trust. The company does not believe in delegating. They keep on hiring competent employees and from impressive big corporate background and experiences, yet the owners do not utilize the talents that they hired to its highest potential. The owners are too much in the weeds level in decision making process that clearly the people that they hired are competent to do. There is a clear division between old vs. new employees. Rather than collaborating with the corporate talents that they hired, they ultimately rely and revert back to their "Executives" that are considered as family or is family to make company decisions that clearly they are not qualified to make due to lack of experiences.
