The owner / president / CEO has no people skills whatsoever. She doesn't care about her employees or the fact that they have lives, families, etc. outside of work. It's her way or the highway, always. People have disappeared from the workplace just for disagreeing with her in a meeting. Late night or weekend work is dropped on you last minute, with no option, because you know if you disagree, you'll probably be fired. Don't work here unless you are desperate for a job.
