Clarifire is a great company doing great things. For those coming here to see if they should work for Clarifire. Absolutely! This company has some of the most dedicated people I've ever seen in a company. From the owners, down to those working in the trenches, these people are passionate about what they do, and why they do it. This company is an extremely fast paced environment. Some might tell you it can be overwhelming, but I will tell you that you'll never be bored or wondering if you'll have work to do. You will learn a lot with Clarifire. From becoming customer focused to learning how to push yourself to get what seems to be unobtainable to completed in record time. I am very thankful for my time with Clarifire, its made me a better employee.
Cons
The pace of the company can be too much at times. Additionally, common to smaller companies, it often feels like there are just not enough people to get the job done without serious stress, and tough work/life balance. Finally, this is not the company you want to come to if you don't have a good work ethic. There is no place to hide in this company, and your team will be the first to let you know, way before management.
