It's an OK company to work for to in order to gain experience. Most of your co-workers will be some of the best people you will ever meet.
Cons
Where to start! CEO has no idea how to run a company. COO/CIO is the husband of the CEO and is only there to keep her from going overboard on demands or promises. CEO and COO keep hiring high level executives to come in and clean up the company and make changes for the better. These executives put great plans together but are handcuffed as soon as they try to implement the plans and nothing changes. This has happened several times while I was employed there with each executive being pushed out or quitting. Only the people that are labeled as a favorites are promoted or given a raise. Those favorites consist of mostly women since the CEO favors the females the most. If you are a male employee you are looked down upon unless you have skills they need to take advantage of. CEO & COO do not care about loyal employees and turn their backs on them if they feel scorned. Company is bleeding money with no real prospects of finding new income. Plus many more cons but too many to list.
