Pros

Hourly pay, lots of PTO and holidays, great products, beautiful boutique

Cons

Upper managent is no where to be found, until the store was not making the projected numbers. Then everyone from the NYC office was breathing down your back. Corporate definately loves the big brother mentality, talks down to staff. They look forward to correcting and mocking you over the smallest and trivial things.

Pros

I've had a really great experience, and it's easy to see why the company is certified as a Great Place to Work! The hybrid policy makes such a difference in supporting work-life balance, and I really appreciate the trust and flexibility it gives us. The benefits package is also great - really strong 401k with company match, generous leave policies for parents, wellness incentives, and even an extra day off to celebrate your birthday. Also can't forget the amazing gratis program and discounts on products. There are also a ton of learning and development opportunities to support professional growth within the company.

Cons

None major to note - like any fast-paced company, there are really busy seasons, but the work environment is really supportive and helps to balance it out!
