Cons
No clear path to growth or promotion track. High level positions are left open for ridiculously long periods of time, leaving teams without any management and direction. Teams are understaffed which creates high turnover. Company moral is very low and culture is practically non existent. Company tries to keep travel expenses low by making making colleagues share hotel rooms, even all the way up to Director level! Disconnect between global and US teams. A lot of company politics. Will be forced to do tasks far from the responsibilities of your role due to understaffing. Bonus % and annual raise is low compared to industry standard.
