Pros

Nice building and location. I don't have to drive to Milwaukee. Job security seems good right now. The post from an HR person before is over the top since it is positive because their job is to bring in people. But it is wildly incorrect on the current environment. There is no mention of the legal dept which seems to be really good. Also, solid finance folks.

Cons

The posts below are reinforce what I have noticed too! Safety can be horrible at some of our locations. Mentioned it and it is shrugged off as the nature of the business. The security program is an absolute joke. I used to interact with our security folks weekly at Johnson Controls and somehow we were given the weakest link and the best ones left or went with the other companies we split off. Absolutely no confidence our security leaders. When I complain, I am told by the security leadership that it's because legal won't allow them to travel from Holland to Glendale because of cost. The blame game was used though the complaint was due to poor guidance and information on the phone. Agree with the poster below. Nice security leadership but very very poor. We need to start warning our employees about layoffs because I am asked to lay off people without warning them. Be more caring HR!
