Pros

- Room for promotions - Company values initiative and trying to find new ways to do things - Decent pay - Corporate summer hours - Newly updated paternity leave

Cons

- Conflicting messaging and interests from leadership of various functions within the organization. Often seems like VPs don't talk then leaves the rest of the employees to decide which path to take. - Lack of leadership communication and direction leads to often re-work - Still suffers from old school silo thinking but it has been improving

Cons

Fast‑Paced and High‑Pressure Environment – Manufacturing operations run on strict production schedules, creating constant urgency and pressure to resolve issues quickly.
