Pros

Job was challenging and had many good people to work with.

Cons

Plant manager is an arrogant person. Believing he is above everyone. Also sense the company was bought from John Controls and name changed. Moral has went down so to the way the production workers are treated.

Thank you for sharing your feedback about your experience working at Clarios. We appreciate your input and are happy you enjoyed many of your co-workers. We learn from every post and know how important it is for plant leadership to communicate and learn from their plant employees daily, through both formal and informal means. Yes, Clarios was divested from Johnson Controls in 2019. That is accurate.
