Pros

- company makes a ton of cash because it's a critical societal need, some $2Bn a year. - company has a few good leaders who understand accountability, responsibility, and doing the right thing.

Cons

- we were bought out and new owner overpaid by $3Bn at cost of $13Bn and found out previous owner took everything they could before it was sold. devestated the business for years. current owners has to shrink teams to get back all the costs. - uses consultants to review company and many of those decisions have negatively affected the business culture, industry relationships, and drastically reduced career development -uses systems to claim development, career opportunities, but so many experts have left or been impacted just to make their numbers.
