Pros
A great work culture is rare and it starts with proper leadership. Everything else is a side effect of their commitment to their employees above all else, even profits. Clarity has the stability of a medium-large business with the heart of a start up always looking to improve. I've worked at many places but I've never felt that the company's vision and goals were aligned with my own. I want Clarity to succeed because they bring value to their customers without exploiting their employees.
Cons
I can't think of anything the company isn't doing well which is a first for me!
