Displays commitment to Third Ideal of DevOps: Improvement of Daily Work. It really demonstrates to me how much leadership values advancing the excellence of employees. Leadership provides the opportunity to take on challenges above your current level if you show the desire to seek out those opportunities.
Cons
It is still a small company, and some of the employee benefit perks aren't quite at the level of the biggest fish. However, many of the opportunities exist because it is a small company and isn't burdened by the bureaucracy of the behemoths.
