Pros
- Upward Mobility: Leadership puts a lot of effort into deliberately growing careers. They've created positions to increase opportunities as the company grows from a small to a medium-large size - Great Innovative Work: Clarity has many contracts across a dozen or so domains. It's nice to not feel trapped in some technology, framework, or contract. - Great People: Clarity hires people that fit well in the company culture, not just bodies to fill seats. They only accept contracts that provide meaningful work. - Ridiculously Fast Feedback Loop: The owners are accessible at any time and are open to feedback and change. They are real people that value providing great opportunities over the "profits at any cost" mentality,
Cons
Sometimes working on a sub contract can be a bit of a challenge. In some cases, the prime drags their feet on some things and Clarity can't do much about it. The great thing is that Clarity has many opportunities if employees want to switch. They're also adding more contracts as the prime.
