Pros
There are some very good upper managers that like to see you succeed. Pay is pretty good as well as benefits. Plenty of training (almost too much - could've put this in the cons as well). Lower level employees get pay bumps usually twice a year though they are not crazy amounts.
Cons
The business has been booming lately and it seems like the standard for who Clark is hiring now is getting lowered. There are some people on this staff that just cannot get the job done. The company is nation wide so they are always trying to get people to move to far locations. Right now it is the Bay Area and Seattle. Good opportunities for those who want to move but for those that would like to settle down, it can keep you very worried. There are many company gatherings to get face time with upper management. This can be good but gets very excessive as well.
