ebb and flow of work based on semesters. with more summer stuff happening on campus that may not be the case anymore.
Cons
salary and benefits are terrible. no pay raise in 2025 as the president makes his reported in open forums to be one million salary, if you take a job here be sure you verify you'll have insurance coverage that will benefit you. they keep changing their insurance coverages and not for the better
