Pros
Good health benefits, 401K matching up to 4% (If you put in 5%... and can afford it) Great discount on shoes. 1 free pair every year.
Cons
Company has a 'shared vision' that is nothing more than blaming store managers for running the company into the ground resulting in the retail team having store managers and below receive 15% pay cuts. You can get your 15% back each month IF you hit a metric that the company makes up Also, Clarks won't tell you what it is until a few days before the new month starts... so they can literally make the number whatever they want. New hires are paid on the low end of the Mercer scale for 'similar' companies, yet Clarks expects current managers to hire, train, and recruit the best quality people. There is no way to hire the best people if we are not competitive, especially when other companies don't have such ridiculous expectations. Unless you are a big fan of brown nosing and office politics don't ever expect to get promoted past store manager.
