Zero value in their employees, absolutely no growth opportunities as they are letting go of higher up managers (corporate) and only hiring cheaper outside hires rather than promoting employees who have dedicated years to this company. "Bonus" structure and commission structure is constantly changing and never in a positive fashion, its as if they keep manipulating the structure (which is sales based against budgets) to ensure that NO STORE meets the required amount to be paid any type of bonus.
