Gone downhill in quality of product Has a long list of tasks with no budgeted hours to complete them Corporate and upper management have no idea what they’re doing and don’t care about store or employee concerns Work almost every holiday and weekend No personal life Change in pay plans that cheated a lot of people out of pay Unrealistic sales plans that you can’t reach so no potential to get bonuses or full salary Hiring outside people who know nothing to be able to pay them less I could go on forever point being RUN FAST AND PLEASE FIND ELSEWHERE TO WORK.
